Alex McCabe is a Principal at Lyons and a technical specialist highly experienced in the preparation and delivery of BIM (Building Information Modeling) documentation and 3D representation. Beyond BIM development, he is skilled in architectural detailing and construction—a complementary skill set that contributes to the resolution of conceptual design ideas whilst ensuring optimal design and functional integrity is achieved.

Alex’s technical prowess has seen him engage with a diversity of cultures and organisations, and successfully leading the documentation of many complex projects. Some of these projects include the award-winning Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences building (University of Adelaide), New Student Precinct (University of Melbourne), Saint Teresa of Kolkata building (Australian Catholic University) and Prahran Square.
